Science-based doctors, I feel, are most committed to helping people. They are committed to continuing their learning in their areas of expertise to better support their patients. The doctors I feel are committed to good health are double- and triple-certified in their fields of expertise. 

These doctors chose to become more focused on women’s health as they discovered the lack of support for women and our biological aging, leading to illness from disease. They have researched and found data that proves what happens in our bodies during perimenopause and menopause.  This science-backed research drives the need to reach as many women as possible.

Many of these top docs presented to the FDA in July to urge the agency to remove the black box warning on Vaginal Estrogen. They presented a wealth of science-based, factual information. Their presentations urged the FDA to review and rethink, recognizing that the quality of a woman’s life is critical as she ages. The reduction of chronic UTIs will stop killing women.  Fast forward, and the FDA removed all warning labels on Estrogen in November of 2025. I applaud this group! OnLine platforms and their growth…

They are developing these platforms because millions of women are in need of hormone treatments. Gynecologists are not typically trained for HRT. They are trained to perform the annual exam and to deliver babies. They are trained for no more than one week on Peri-Menopause and Menopause. 

Online Platforms like Joi & Bloak, offering HRT coaching, blood tests, and hormones. Midi Health is another online platform that takes it a step further by partnering with insurance companies to help reduce the cost of HRT. There is also the HRT Club, another membership option for hormone prescriptions, with lower costs.
