Commitment is scary for many!
I understand this resistance completely. I have lead fitness classes for 30-years, I understand the difficulties of commiting to paid classes when you are not sure if you’re going to be able to continue attending the class for the full session. Attending as my guest a few times, will help you to make a decision you can be happy with.
The fringes benefits of joining one of my fitness classes, is the ability to make up any of your missed classes in any class I teach. Normally I have (12) classes a week to choose from for any of your missed classes. Often students find they enjoy multiple classes after they experience other classes.
