Stretching helps to alleviate muscle tension reducing pain in sore areas, while reducing joint pain. Stretching routines also help to recover from injuries, and to manage pain.

Static Stretching is characterized by low-intensity, long-duration muscle elongation, ideally in a supported position that allows the muscle fibers to relax. Static, stretching has been shown to help provide relief from delayed onset muscle soreness and to have a much lower risk of injury.
Primar Pilates the newest class for 2018 with New Trier Adult Extension. This class is great for those who are beginners or are new to pilates, looking to build core strength.
