Join a fitness class!

The cold grey skies can play havoc on our energy levels,  causing us to lose  motivation and to feel sluggish.   Winter in Chicago!

This brings us to the first great reason for working out.  It gets your blood pumpin, and  jump starts your energy, while elevating your mood!

All of this before you begin to think about all the additional health benefits.  So don’t sit around this winter, contemplating your spring fitness goals!
