      CORE ACTIVATION  IS HERE! 

Working through stations, activating your core, slim your waist, strengthen your back! Push pull workout targeting muscle activation, with secondary muscle recruitment. Inside/out, core strengthening, Abdominal, Obliques, and back, improving posture while you develop a firmer tighter abdominal area.  Develop abdominal and back muscles.  This class has never been offered at NTX in the past. All new! 

SPACES ARE LIMITED! 

Smaller classes provide more of a personal training atmosphere. Instructor led, through a series of exercises based on the goals of the class.  The personal training atmosphere allows more oppurtunity to correct form per student, providing a safe environment while increasing intensity. If the class is full, registration will open for 2nd class on March 19th!  Class begins at 6:30 PM, West Campus/Northfield, Building F, Lower Level.
