Sunrise workouts are the most challenging when you need to wake up your students. At the same time, you want to change it up often to keep people interested and not annoyed by the music. In a typical bootcamp, you want the ability to work on cardio, and strength training. You need to prepare a list that will flow with the class as you move through the hour of intense fitness. Warm up music can be enjoyable music that everyone can relate to. When you are working on the cardio portion of the class, you want music that will help to motivate fast movement to increase heart rates. For the strength training portion you want the music to be slow so good form is used when lifting weights. When you near the end of the class you want to provide nice calming music to help your students recover and relax. This gives a feeling of calm and peace.
