This class meets at 5:50 am at the New Trier East Campus a true Sunrise Class!  Exhilarating and never boring!  Crawl out of bed within minutes you will be wide awake! Strengthen, Tone and best of all reach the cardio fitness levels for your age, to maximize your fitness goals,  making your heart and lungs happy!

This is a whole body workout session designed to tone and sculpt your body and improve your personal fitness level and agility. High energy interval training combinations, strengthening, core for a complete workout that will get you into shape. All levels are welcome! Modifications are offered to all in need.

To keep this class fun so early in the morning, we like to take advantage of what the school and the area offers us. Through the winter; Monday’s and Friday’s we use Gates Gym for our workouts. Wednesday’s we like to use the kickbox studio to switch things up! This room is in the lower level of the school on the south side of the building. If you were standing on the tennis courts you would be looking at the kickbox room windows. When summer arrives, (50+ degrees) we get outside as fast as we can, weather permitting. We have a variety of options, track, tennis courts, and for our special Friday fun, we go to the pier at Elder Park. Nothing like a sunrise on the pier and you are finishing a great workout with a good stretch. What a great way to end your week! Location Directions & Maps Please bring an exercise mat, hand weights, towel, and water. (during the winter, we use a closet in the Gates Gym, so you do not need to carry your weights all the time)

Morning Classes M/W/F NT East Campus


Pilates is a system and philosophy of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates (1883-1967) that focuses on precision and optimal alignment, requiring your focus to increase motor control.  Pilates method is gentle but effective  in nature, as well as therapeutic. Pilates Primer for beginners and for the novice. You will learn 34 mat exercises, including the fundamental tenets of posture, body mechanics, correct breathing, spinal flexibility, and  natural exercises. Class Location and Directions 

Monday Evening Class NT West Campus


All the latest research suggest strength training is key to maintaining health and retaining youth. Strength training releases hormones from our endocrine system into the bloodstream which activate blood, muscles, cells, bones and tissues. Join this fun hour, and listen to great music too! Never a dull moment in this class! For fun we set the timer for one minute and work with stations, moving to a new station every other minute. Check it out for yourself! Come and visit, try it out, see if you like it, then sign up.

Come join us for a music-driven hour of strength training utilizing free weights, tubing, medicine balls and your own body weight. No age requirement, no previous experience, necessary.  If you need modifications to your workout let me know in advance so I can prepare.  All you need is a smile on your face and a spring in your step! Monday Evening Class NT West Campus


A new design to this class, will offer you the opportunity to learn how to workout and what equipment to use and how to use it. This class is designed to help you feel comfortable in any gym environment. Often times  we don’t feel comfortable in a gym environment which keeps us from going. This class will also help you to feel comfortable when traveling, using hotel fitness facilities, or local fitness clubs.  The focus is to learn how to work with Free Weights, Cybex Equipment, and workouts using your own body weight, without equipment.  You will reach a new level of fitness, while you learn how to optimize your workouts to achieve better results. You will learn how to follow a 30-minute program to get a great workout.  The program is changed in every class to help us balance our workout.  Small group training will teach you how to work out  injury free, with a primary focus on staying healthy and fit. An interval-inspired routine will test your cardiovascular fitness, along with body conditioning through strength training, with additional focus on stretch and balance. Lot’s of fun and lot’s of individual work at your pace. To get the best results, you will want to attend at least 3 classes a week, or workout at home at least 3 times per week to see improvement.  This class is held in the Wellness Center of Building F, New Trier West Campus.  Stay Tune for the next Personal Group Training Phase II, Coming soon!  Class Location and Directions

Tuesday Evening Class NT West Campus


The newest class to our portfolio of classes! Come and join us for a relaxing 45- minutes of pure stretch, making your body feel wonderful! Most likely  after this class you will sleep like a baby.   We will move through a series of stretches focusing on all areas of the body. 45- minutes, allows us to hold each stretch around 30 to 40 seconds, which is perfect for static stretching.  After a few classes, you will begin to notice an increase in your range of motion. Most people feel a decrease in pain throughout all joints and their backs.  Class Locations and Directions

Tuesday Evening Class NT West Campus


This class is sweeping the country! Thanks to a local physical therapist, we are able to provide this very exciting and cutting edge class. The focus is to increase your core strength, working through the 3-Dimensional parts of our body, increasing the strength in your back and flexibility with your knees. This class for both men and women, will strengthen your pelvic girdle and core to increase your mobility, strength and stability using the specially designed Pelvicore Pro tool and specific exercises taught by certified instructor. Weak or imbalanced core muscles can lead to lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain and pelvic floor dysfunction/incontinence. The pelvic girdle core is composed of your back abdomen, hips and diaphragm, all of which are inter-connected and strengthened when they are worked together as a unit. Wednesday Evening Class-NT East


The newest class to our portfolio of classes! Come and join us to jump-start your saturday! 20 mins, of sweating, of course age appropriate for all!  We will operate through a series of moves to increase your heart rate and sweat! I highly encourage you invest in a heart rate monitor so that you can really understand how to work out for your age. Learn how aggressive to be or if you need to slow it down. Knowledge is power! 20 mins of nice long stretching. Static stretching with 20 to 30 second holds will increase body flexibility while decreasing pain in all your joints! When summer is here, we will be meeting at Elder Park Pier just down the street from the school. Class Locations and Directions
